ABOUT US: A smaller Biotech/Pharmaceutical company looking to develop a strong leadership role managing a therapeutic area in Oncology, with a board certified MD.  Phd/Pharm D will be considered. JOB DESCRIPTION: Must have solid oncology expertise, 2-5 years of clinical research trial experience and be able to manage a team of clinical professionals, along with project timelines and budgets. Oversee large site contracts and the deployment of CRO staff to those projects. Strong communication and organization skills are essential. Work closely with key investigators and present at critical medical oncology meetings. In addition to strong therapeutic expertise in oncology, Phase I-IV clinical research trial experience is a plus. Must be able to develop protocols, ability to interact with investigators and FDA. Responsible for building clinical development plans and new concepts for early clinical research. Manuscripts and publication plan experience essential.
